Has it become apparent to people that the crime rate has significantly risen over the past few years? With unemployment rates skyrocketing, their are many who are turning to crime. This is a scary thought and with all that's happening in today's society one must have more awareness now than ever before.
Stressing these facts to many doesn't seem to get the point across. They have this disbelief thought that crime will not come in their direction.
